A sanctioned competition means that your results are officially recognized in the qualifications of international events and ranking placements. Records broken are officially recognized locally and globally.

What are the requirements to participate?
Tangible requirements includes:
- An active membership at SPO
- registration completed 3 weeks before event date
Powerlifting is a dangerous sport when done with little to no experience or guidance. While there will be spotter and officials present, it is recommended that you have experience or have someone experienced with you.

Spectators are allows at $5 per person when purchased during registration. There is no limit to the number of spectators allowed.
Event day walk-ins are allowed at $15 per spectator.
