Bouldering is rock climbing stripped down to its raw essentials – just your climbing shoes and chalk bag, over safety mats. Extreme overhanging, huge vertical faces, giant slabs with a wide range of bouldering problems, and Singapore’s first mirror walls await you at Ark Bloc!


A sport that focuses on strength, power and endurance, and can be performed in a variety of non-traditional ways. Strongman training is a combination of functional movements including pushing, pulling and pressing. Strongman training can be an ideal foundation to transition into powerlifting involving three specific lifts – squat, bench press and deadlift.


A form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise the large muscle groups, such as pushups, pullups, lunges and more. These workouts are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.
